Gauahar Khan opens up about her pregnancy, says 'want to keep things low-key'

Actress Gauahar Khan and her husband Zaid Darbar made the happy announcement on social media that she is expecting their first child together on Tuesday. The inscription that accompanied it said, “One became two when Z met G. And with that, the journey continues as we approach our third companion. In the name of Allah, I ask for all of your prayers and ask that you bless me on this wonderful journey”.

The joyful woman who is about to become a mother says that she is looking forward to this stage of her life. In her conversation with us, she reveals, "Both Zaid and I are quite delighted. Despite being in the public eye, I want to make the most of this moment in time. Due to the fact that I am a public person. Both of us will be embarking on an experience that neither of us has ever had before, and I myself am unsure of how I will react to the prospect. We are each other's best friend".

She describes how she was trying to sort things out and make them simple during her first three months on the job. “I shot for an action program by myself. I'll be working until January since I have a lot of live events, so I'll be travelling a lot. And I'm booked until the middle of February. People have already advised me to reduce my workload”.


Gauhar Khan was most recently seen in “14 Phere” movie, with Vikrant Massy and Kriti Kharbanda. Concerning her OTT work, the actor most recently appeared in Shiksha Mandal, a criminal thriller series directed by Syed Ahmad Afzal and starring Gulshan Devaiah.
