Ganapath teaser and release date out: Amitabh Bachchan, Tiger Shroff to collaborate for first time

The makers of Ganapath dropped an action-packed teaser featuring Tiger Shroff along with the release date of the film on social media. The movie is all set to hit theatres around the Dussehra festival on October 20, 2023 in five languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, according to reports.

The teaser begins with a crowd cheering in the wrestling underground, and Tiger Shroff is seen flaunting his muscular arm and sporting a tattoo with the film's release date. Tiger Shroff's dialogue plays in the background of the teaser that translates, "I don’t like fights, nor the people who fight. Thinking of whom to finish first." The teaser ends with a credit scene.

The movie is directed by Queen and Super 30 director Vikas Bahl and produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl. The action thriller movie stars Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon in prominent roles.


Audience will see Amitabh Bachchan and Tiger Shroff together for the first time. This movie marks also the second collaboration of Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff after Heropanti. Both actors shared the teaser on Instagram and wrote a caption that translates, "In a world where terrorism rules, Ganapath will arrive and become people's voice."



In November 2020, Tiger Shroff released the teaser poster of Ganapath and captioned saying that this movie was special for him and for the audience. He further asked the audience to tighten the seat beats for more thrill, action and entertainment.

Tiger has a slew of films set to come out this year. The actor is currently shooting “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” with Akshay Kumar that will hit the theatres on December 25, 2023.
