Reportedly, the capital city will host the G20 Summit 2023 between September 9 and 10, 2023 at Pragati Maidan. Ahead of the summit, the NDMC has planned to treat people with an interesting food festival that will serve exotic delicacies of G20 nations and other guest countries. The council has invited twenty-nine countries to participate in the upcoming food festival. However, the officials have confirmed that the focus of the fest will be on exquisite Indian cuisines. The NDMC stated that food extravaganza would create awareness about international food delicacies and provide knowledge on nutritional value and food preparation.
According to the reports, the countries participating in the food festival will come with their native chefs, workforce, and food materials for cooking. The food will be sold to the fest visitors at a price fixed by the seller.
