Co-Founder Shares Details of the Incident
Explaining what happened, Arjun wrote: "We hired a CS person a couple of months ago. Within the first week of joining he made INR 2L of 100% discount orders - sent to his friends and quit in a week," Arjun revealed.According to him, the employee resigned shortly after placing the orders, leaving the company to absorb the financial loss.
Arjun further disclosed that once confronted, the employee initially agreed to cooperate and returned half of the ordered shoes. However, the remaining items had already been used.
"So now - we are enabling permissioning on our backend etc. amongst other things."
