A Twitter post has been doing rounds on social media after a user slammed fitness centre for shutting down without notice. User with name Anushka took to the microblogging platform to post a picture of an empty site with a single poster of what used to be the cult.fit centre. While the location of the fitness centre was not mentioned, the user revealed that she took a two-week break from going to the cnetre as she also suffered from Covid-19. However, when she came back, the “whole place is shut down” and even her locker was removed.

Anushka further tagged the official account of cult.fit and questioned the company for its actions. In the follow-up tweets, she further stated that “Can’t get a break from the marketing emails but y’all don’t send even ONE email about a gym shutting down?” While the post went viral, cult.fit responded to her tweet by saying, “Hello, we have received your message and have requested a few details from you. please reply to us with the required information so that we can assist you better.”

In the continuation, Anushka claimed that she had been providing all the details that the fitness centre company has been asking her but added that she has not got a simple apology “ let alone any indication of a resolution so far”. However, cult.fit apologised and pledged to resolve the issue.
