Filmmaker Prerna Arora has announced that she has started work on a new untitled pan-India mythological adventure film in collaboration with Zee Studios. The project, revealed on her birthday, marks her third partnership with the studio after the success of Rustom and Jatadhara. The announcement comes at a time when Jatadhara, starring Sonakshi Sinha and Sudheer Babu, has completed its theatrical run and is trending on Amazon Prime Video.

The filmmaker’s announcement comes at a time when Jatadhara, her recent collaboration with Zee Studios, began streaming on Amazon Prime Video after its theatrical run and is already trending, reinforcing the partnership’s strong box-office and digital performance. Prerna used the birthday announcement to confirm her new collaboration with Zee Studios.

Her upcoming film will be produced by herself Prerna Arora and Umesh Kumar Bansal, with Keerthan joining as co-producer. The project continues her long-standing partnership with Zee Studios, which began with Rustom.

Following its release in cinemas, Jatadhara has arrived on Prime Video and quickly entered the platform’s top-trending titles. Starring Sonakshi Sinha the film earned appreciation for its emotional core, visual scale, and dramatic storytelling. The narrative explores themes of identity, inner strength, and spiritual transformation, a shift that also marked a new path for Sonakshi as the leading face.
