Many Indian football fans took this opportunity to travel all the way to Qatar to watch Messi amd Argentina play, but one fan chose an incredibly unique way to get there - Najira Noushad, a 33-year-old homemaker from Kerala, drove 2973 kilometres to get to Qatar, in her Mahindra Thar.
Noushad travelled by road across numerous nations to get to Qatar for the FIFA World Cup, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. She has been documenting her journey on Instagram, where she has gradually gained popularity.
Noushad has taken along her five children on this extensive journey.
She has occasionally needed to transport her Mahindra Thar on a truck before she can start driving once again. Her Thar was first shipped to Oman and then she travelled from Oman to Qatar by car, passing through the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
The Mahindra Thar is a reliable vehicle for such lengthy journeys.
