The much-awaited web series "Farzi," created by the renowned duo Raj and DK of "The Family Man" has finally hit the screens. The series features Shahid Kapoor in his digital debut as a cunning con artist and Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi as a relentless cop determined to stop Shahid's character from counterfeiting currency notes.

Cast of the Series

The eight-episode criminal thriller series is portrayed through the perspective of Sunny, a cunning underdog street artist, who has hit rock bottom after failing to prevent the fall of his grandfather's renowned printing press company.

Sunny, along with his best friend Firoz, decides to use his printing press expertise and artistic skills to create counterfeit money in response to India's growing wealth disparity.

Unfortunately, there are a number of dangerous people, including criminals and the police, who are interested in either stopping Sunny or stealing his not-so-hard-earned money from this significantly shadier company.
Along with Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi, other important actors in the online series "Farzi" include Raashi Khanna, Regina Cassandra, Kay Kay Menon, Zakir Hussain, Amol Palekar, Bhuvan Arora, and Kubbra Sait.
