Fans request 're-release' of RRR movie in India after recognition by Atlanta Film Critics Circle as 'Best International Picture'
Following SS Rajamouli's win for best director at the New York Picture Critics Circle, the Atlanta Film Critics Circle recognised RRR as the best foreign film.

The organisation (AFCC) comprises of 32 film reviewers who work for Atlanta-based newspapers and are dedicated to advancing local and international cinema art and culture. Last night, the prize was revealed in a social media post.
While delivering the news, the Atlanta Film Critics Circle posted a poster for RRR featuring the lead actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR. RRR's official Twitter account also expressed its gratitude to the Atlanta Film Critics Circle for the win.

After earning more than Rs 1200 crore abroad, the film became one of the most popular at the Indian box office. It was not chosen as India's official entry for the 2023 Oscars, nevertheless.
