Manoj Bajpayee’s growing real estate portfolio

Property records show that the transactions were registered on October 4, 2023.
The four commercial units are located in Signature Building, off Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara. Bajpayee paid around Rs 1.86 crore in stamp duty for the properties.
His Mumbai investment came amid growing interest among Bollywood celebrities in commercial real estate, with several prominent names also investing in office and other commercial properties.
Why buyers are looking at Mulshi
Mulshi has developed a strong appeal among people seeking properties away from the crowded urban centres of Mumbai and Pune. The region's natural surroundings and proximity to Lonavala and Mulshi Dam have made it particularly attractive for second homes and leisure properties. At the same time, its connectivity with Pune and Mumbai allows buyers to remain within reach of the two major cities.
The broader Mulshi-Lonavala belt has seen growing interest from both investors and end-users as demand for lifestyle-oriented properties and weekend homes has increased.
For Bajpayee, the latest acquisition means adding a 4.45-acre agricultural property to an existing portfolio that already includes high-value commercial real estate in Mumbai.
