Ex- Google MD catches flight last minute forgets to pay cab driver. Here’s what happened next

Delhi crimes often make the daily headlines for being grotesque and inhumane, but every now and then comes a good samaritan’s act that revives your faith in humanity. One such incident occurred at Delhi Airport with ex-Google MD Parminder Singh during his trip to Delhi. Singh took to Twitter to share his experience.

“The soft spoken cab driver dropped us at Delhi airport. We walked off without paying. Desperately called to ask how to pay & he replied, ‘Koi baat nahi, phir kabhi aa jayenge’. Won’t even tell the amount. He knew we don’t live here. We eventually paid him & learnt decency exists,” Singh wrote.

The post took twitter by a storm, and the cab driver’s Samaritan act was lauded as an attestation to the fact that good people still exist among us. The post has garnered over 600 likes and many reactions.
