Over the past few weeks, the city of Bengaluru - home to the country's top IT companies - has been facing incessant flooding, with most of the city's roads submerged.

With the city's infrastructure seemingly underequipped to deal with the excess precipitation, people have taken to commuting on tractors to make it to their offices.

The inconvenience and chaos has led to many taking to social media to air their gripes with the city's infrastructure, with one user saying, "Societies with 2 level basement parking have cars fully submerged in water for more than 24 hours now. There is no sign of pumping out water because the source of water keeps filling the basement with more speed."

Another user lamented about how many move to this city with hopes of working in some of the biggest firms and are now having to deal with the worst floods.

All the complaining seems to have irked the local population, with the hashtag #GetLostMigrants trending on the microblogging site. One Twitter user said "Hope that these kind of venom would have left Bengaluru already," adding that blaming Bengaluru for the situation was disloyal.
