In the video, a street vendor can be seen creating a variation of pani puri using eggs. The process involves filling egg whites with tomato sauce, topping them with fresh cream, grating cheese over the eggs, sprinkling various spices, and garnishing the dish with coriander leaves. The caption accompanying the post reads, "Egg Panipuri. Fully Loaded with Tomato sauce, Cream, Cheese & some special Masala."

The video has garnered over 2.2 million views and elicited a plethora of reactions. Many individuals expressed their disgust and shock towards the dish, questioning its connection to pani puri as it seemed to lack the essential components that traditionally define the beloved snack.
