Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Award 2023: Dulquer Salmaan took to Twitter to offer his thanks to ‘Chup’ director R Balki.

Dulquer Salmaan released a series of photos showing off his trophy at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2023. DQ, as he is often known, received the prize for Best Actor in a Negative Role for his work in Chup: Revenge of the Artist. He said on Instagram,”This one felt special! This is my first prize for Hindi. My first ever nomination for Best Actor in a Negative Role. Many thanks to the @dpiff official judges for this honour, and to @abhialmish for being such a gracious host”.
Dulquer Salmaan looked dapper in a black and grey jacket, which he paired with a black kurta and matching trousers and shoes.

Dulquer Salmaan was also wished well by the organisers of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2023. The function, held on February 20, Monday, was attended by some of Bollywood’s and South Indian film industry’s biggest names, including actor-director Rishab Shetty, who won the award for Most Promising Actor for his 2022 blockbuster Kantara.
RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, won the Dadasaheb Phalke international film festival Award for Film of the Year, while The Kashmir Files won Best Film.
