A Dubai-based real estate agent has received a Lamborghini Urus worth up to Rs 4 crore as a reward for her outstanding sales performance, after closing deals worth more than $500 million over two years. Natalia Chavez was presented with the luxury supercar by Richkey Properties CEO Daban Othman during the company's third anniversary gala and awards night.

Chavez, who was named the company's Top Performer of 2026, initially expected to receive only a trophy when she was called on stage. However, Othman stopped her from returning to her seat and announced that he had another surprise in store.

In a video shared on social media, Othman asked Chavez if she was ready before beginning a countdown. The surprise culminated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony that revealed a brand-new blue Lamborghini Urus, leaving the real estate agent visibly surprised.

Four awards mark a standout year

The supercar was the highlight of an eventful evening for Chavez, who walked away with four major awards. Her performance across the first three quarters of the year earned her third place in the first quarter, followed by the Top Performer title in the second and third quarters, before she was named the overall Top Performer of 2026.

The company celebrated the achievement in the caption accompanying the video, writing: “This what happens when you perform at Richkey! Big wins, bigger dreams. Congratulations @natalia_propiedades_dubai ! You earned this.”

Reflecting on her professional growth, Chavez said she had recognised the company as the right place to take her career to new heights.
