Doctors are considered god who save precious lives. But what does a patient do when you get ill treatment instead of cure. Something like this happened in Chattisgarh. In a shocking incident, a video has surfaced where a doctor in allegedly inebriated state thrashed a female patient in a government medical college Chhattisgarh. The incident happened at the Korba's medical college hospital in Chhattisgarh.

The hospital management has issued a show-cause notice against the doctor after a video of the incident went viral on social media.

According to the patient's son, Shyam Kumar, a resident of Gerwvillage her mother Sukhmati's health deteriorated late in the night due to low blood pressure. He called the emergency number 108 and 112 but got to know that it would take time for the emergency team to reach his place. After seeing her deteriorating health, Kumar immediately brought her to the hospital in an auto-rickshaw. During the treatment, the doctor allegedly beat up his mother. When he protested against the ill treatement, he was told to keep quiet.
