Exactly one inch of toothpaste on his toothbrush, bathwater just tepid, ironed shoelaces - King Charles III's quirky directions to personal staff.

A New York Post report citing Tina Brown's recent book 'The Palace Papers' said he that even carries his own toilet seat and Kleenex Velvet toilet paper wherever he travels.
The report quoting also from 'My London' and the 2015 Amazon Prime documentary 'Serving the Royals: Inside the Firm', showed how with his particular set of demands he was nicknamed the "pampered prince" by staff at Clarence House, where he lived with his wife Queen Consort Camilla from 2003,
Paul Burrell, who served as a butler to Charles' late wife Princess Diana and also the late Queen Elizabeth II, is quoted as saying: "His pyjamas are pressed every morning, his shoelaces are pressed flat with an iron, the bath plug has to be in a certain positio., and the water temperature has to be just tepid," in a bathtub filled "only half full".
He added that the king - then the Prince of Wales - even had 'his valets squeeze one inch of toothpaste onto his toothbrush every morning."
King Charles III reportedly favours healthier options for breakfast. He'd have homemade bread, a bowl of fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices," said chef Graham Newbould, a former member of the royal staff.
He also revealed that wherever the British royal travelled his breakfast box containing, "six different types of honey, some special mueslis, his dried fruit, and anything that's a bit special that he is a bit fussy about," went with him.
The report also said he liked biscuits and cheese after many of his meals, warmed to a "certain temperature".
After being heir apparent for 70 years, Prince Charles was crowned as King Charles III last week after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
