Rain in Delhi
Yes, according to the IMD's prediction, there are chances it might rain in Delhi today. Though there are chances of very light rain or drizzle on Wednesday night, the weather agency has issued a yellow alert for Thursday and Friday, forecasting multiple spells of light rain, accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds upto 50 kmph.In Noida, March 18 is expected to see a mainly clear sky with temperatures ranging between 16°C and 33°C. In Gurgaon, March 18 will see a partly cloudy sky with temperatures ranging between 15°C and 29°C.

Delhi weather rain
On March 18, 2026, the weather will remain partly cloudy during the afternoon in Delhi and is likely to turn generally cloudy by night, with a possibility of very light rain or drizzle accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and strong winds later in the day. On March 19, 2026, the sky in Delhi is expected to remain generally cloudy, with spells of very light to light rain, thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds in both the forenoon and afternoon/evening.On March 20, 2026, generally cloudy conditions will persist in Delhi, with multiple spells of very light to light rain, thunderstorms, lightning, and strong gusty winds likely during the day. On March 21, 2026, the Delhi weather is expected to improve with a partly cloudy sky and no significant rainfall activity. From March 22 to March 24, 2026, the weather in Delhi will remain partly cloudy, with no major rain expected during this period.
"The city is likely to witness rain under the influence of a western disturbance. The day temperatures are likely to dip to around 29-31 degrees Celsius by Thursday and further to 27-29 degrees Celsius by Friday, as overcast skies and rain are expected to provide a cooling effect," a Met official was quoted as saying by TOI.

In New Delhi, March began with unusually high temperatures, with the mercury staying above 35°C for six straight days between March 7 and 12 and peaking at 36.8°C on March 11. However, rainfall on Sunday brought noticeable relief from the heat.
The minimum temperature dropped to 15.8°C on Tuesday, slightly below normal. Going ahead, night temperatures are expected to rise to around 19–21°C by Thursday before dipping again to nearly 14–16°C by Saturday, indicating fluctuating but overall more comfortable conditions compared to the earlier heat spell.
Noida weather
On March 18, the minimum temperature will be 16°C and the maximum 33°C, with a mainly clear sky in Noida. On March 19, temperatures will range between 16°C and 29°C, with a partly cloudy sky and chances of rain or thundershowers. On March 20, the minimum will be 17°C and the maximum 28°C, again with partly cloudy skies and possible rain or thundershowers.On March 21, temperatures will hover between 17°C and 29°C, with generally cloudy skies and light rain. On March 22, the minimum temperature will be 18°C and the maximum 30°C, with a partly cloudy sky.
Gurugram weather
On March 19, the sky will turn partly cloudy, with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers, and temperatures dropping to around 16°C–29°C. On March 20, similar conditions will continue, with partly cloudy skies and chances of rain or thundershowers, and temperatures between 17°C and 28°C.On March 21, the weather will be generally cloudy with light rain expected, keeping temperatures around 17°C–29°C. On March 22, conditions will improve with partly cloudy skies and temperatures rising to about 18°C–30°C.
On March 23 and 24, the weather will turn mainly clear again, with temperatures gradually increasing from 18°C–31°C to 19°C–33°C.
