Delhi Traffic Lok Adalat Token Date: Check link to download challan slip directly, eligibility, places where settlements are taking place and more

The first National Lok Adalat of 2026 is taking place in Delhi on March 14, 2026, where you can cancel your challan for free or often settle it for a much lower amount. The tokens for this Lok Adalat will be available from Monday, March 9. The National Lok Adalat means you still have one last chance to settle your outstanding e-Challans. The Delhi State Legal Services Authority is organising Special Lok Adalat for the amicable settlement of compoundable Traffic Challans from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, March 14.

The traffic challans will be settled at all district courts complexes, i.e. Tis Hazari, Rouse Avenue, Patiala House, Karkardooma, Rohini, Dwarka and Saket district courts.

Delhi Traffic Lok Adalat Token

The Delhi Traffic Lok Adalat token will be made available from March 9. Compoundable challans/notices pending in Virtual Courts up to October 31, 2025, will be taken up for settlement during this Lok Adalat. Litigants can view a step-by-step guide to download the challan slip by scanning QR Code No. 1.

They may also download the Challan Slip directly through the link https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/lokadalat or by scanning QR Code No. 2. A maximum of 50,000 challans/notices will be available for download each day from 10:00 am starting February 9, 2026, until the overall limit of 2 lakh challans is reached.


The Court Complex, Court Number, and Lok Adalat timing for disposal of the challan will be mentioned on the challan slip. Litigants should visit the specified court number at the designated court complex as mentioned on their slip to settle the challan.

Delhi Lok Adalat: Direct link for token registration

To download and print the notice/challan, log on to the Delhi Traffic Police website: https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/lokadalat or scan the QR code. To take part, vehicle owners must download and print their challans/notices in advance. This can be done by visiting the Delhi Traffic Police website.

Citizens can also scan the QR code provided by the department. Select the option for online Lok Adalat application, fill in the form, upload the required documents, and submit it. A token number is then sent via email or phone. "It is mandatory to bring a printout of the notice/challan. No printout facility will be available in the court premises.

Next & Last Date: March 14, 2026.

Maximum Waiver: Up to 75% on traffic challans (varies by state).

Eligible Challans: Minor violations, such as overspeeding, signal jumping, and parking offences.

Not Eligible: Serious offences, such as drunk driving, hit & run, accident cases with injury, etc.

Challan Limit: For Private vehicles, 2 challans + 5 notices.
