Delhi Police Constable Exam 2025: SSC announces new dates for remaining candidates; check key details

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced new examination dates for candidates who were unable to appear for the Delhi Police Constable Examination 2025 due to technical issues during slot booking. These candidates could not select their exam centres earlier because of system limitations.

New Exam Schedule

The rescheduled examination for the remaining candidates will be conducted on the following dates:

• January 4, 2026
• January 5, 2026
• January 6, 2026

Candidates will be able to download their admit cards two to three days before their respective exam dates from the official SSC website.

About Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2025

The recruitment drive aims to fill 7,565 vacancies for the post of Constable (Executive) under Group C. The vacancies are open to both male and female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age limit: 18 to 25 years
• Candidates must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in the official recruitment notification.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Level 3, with a salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes multiple stages:

• Computer-Based Examination (CBE) – scheduled from December 18, 2025, to January 6, 2026
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST)
