The Delhi government's Department of Education (DoE) will be releasing the first list of selected students for the 2025-26 academic session on Friday, January 17.

Parents can raise allotment-related queries from January 18 to 27. The second list of selected students will be published on February 3, with the query resolution window open from Feb 5 to Feb 11.

As of March 31, 2025, children must be at least three years old for nursery, four years for KG, and five years for Class 1. The upper age limits are under four years for nursery, under five years for KG, and under six years for Class 1.


The second list of selected students, along with the marks allotted, will be released on February 3, 2025. Subsequent admission lists, if any, will be published on February 26, 2025.

The circular said parents can approach school heads with admission-related queries from January 18 to January 27, 2025, after the release of first list and after the second list published, parent visit schools from February 5 to February 11.

The admission process, including parent visits for queries and marks allotment, will conclude on February 14, 2025.
