Response to the scheme has been muted, with the DDA only receiving around 22,000 applications since January this year.
While flats in Vasant Kunj saw fair response, the DDA flats in Narela did not get the same attention, according to Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore.
