For months, Sameer's group of teenagers has been causing trouble by shooting and robbing people in northeast. Because they are underage, the police had difficulties dealing with them. These youngsters, who were ready to use guns for illegal activities, had become a big problem for both the police and the public.
On his Instagram bio, Sameer describes himself as: "Naam - badnam, address - kabristan, umr - jeene ki, shauk - marne ka."

Having gathered over 2,000 followers on Instagram, Sameer employed this social media channel to become well-known. In a post from July 2022, he shared a video where a YouTuber interviewed people from northeast Delhi who accused Sameer of committing a murder in their area. They also expressed frustration about the trouble he had caused.
"He kills... goes in... comes out... and kills again... He will come out this time too and police will say as usual that he is underage and shirk responsibility," a resident is heard saying.
In a subsequent post, he's seen seated inside a lockup. Another entry from October of the prior year displays a hospital video and a reporter alleging Sameer had shot a man dead. Northeast Delhi's police have verified his involvement in two murders during the previous year.
Sameer's boldness becomes evident as he features a 'news' section where he prominently displays a post with CCTV footage showing armed police officers entering a stairwell leading to his residence during a raid. Additional posts showcase him holding pistols while his bed is covered with bullets and scattered guns.
Not long ago, Sameer used the social media platform just like any other teenager. Posts from 2021 depict him taking selfies in his room and posing his muscles at the gym. However, the shift to a criminal lifestyle seems to have occurred swiftly around the start of 2022, a transformation that aligns with records maintained by law enforcement.
