Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have added yet another luxury property to their growing real estate portfolio, strengthening their presence in Mumbai’s high-value Bandra real estate market. The Bollywood couple, who own properties across Mumbai and Alibag, have been steadily expanding their collection of premium homes, with their latest acquisitions placing them in one of the city’s most coveted celebrity neighbourhoods.

In 2022, Singh and Padukone made headlines after acquiring a sea-facing quadruplex in Bandra Bandstand for Rs 119 crore. Spread across the 16th to 19th floors of the Sagar Resham housing society developed by Nagpal Developers, the expansive residence covers 11,266 square feet across four floors. The property has recently finished development, with families already moving in.

The property also comes with around 1,300 square feet of terrace space, offering sweeping views of the Arabian Sea — a particularly prized feature in Mumbai’s densely built-up landscape.


The couple expanded their presence in the same building in 2024, when Padukone purchased another apartment on the 15th floor for Rs 17.8 crore, according to Hindustan Times. The building has recently completed development, with families beginning to move into their homes.

The Bandra properties are the latest additions to a real estate portfolio that already spans Mumbai and Alibag.

In November 2024, Singh and Padukone reportedly signed a three-year lease for a 3,245-square-foot apartment in BeauMonde Towers in Prabhadevi, according to SquareYards. Padukone also owns another apartment on the 26th floor of the same complex, which she purchased in 2010. The residence was featured in the inaugural issue of AD India in 2012.

The couple also ventured beyond Mumbai in 2021, when they purchased a luxury five-bedroom bungalow in Alibag reportedly valued at around Rs 21-22 crore.

Alibag has emerged as a popular second-home destination for Bollywood celebrities and other high-profile personalities, with stars such as Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli owning or spending time in the coastal region. Its proximity to Mumbai and resort-like setting have helped earn Alibag comparisons with the Hamptons.

For Singh and Padukone, the growing collection of properties reflects a real estate portfolio spread across some of Mumbai and Maharashtra’s most sought-after addresses — from a sea-facing Bandra quadruplex to a Prabhadevi apartment and a sprawling Alibag retreat.
