Dasara Box Office Collection Day 6: Nani, Keerthy Suresh's film moves towards Rs 100 crore worldwide

Dasara, the latest film featuring Nani and Keerthy Suresh, has made a tremendous impact at the box office, raking in a whopping Rs 92 crores worldwide. This period action drama is generating strong revenues, with a phenomenal worldwide opening of Rs 38 crores over the weekend.

Although it experienced a slight decline on Day 2, it still performed better than Ajay Devgn's recently released Bholaa. Since its release on March 30, the movie has received an overwhelmingly positive response from the audience and has shattered records in the Telugu film industry.

Srikanth Odela's film, Dasara, has successfully cleared the Monday test, grossing Rs 5 crore in India on its first weekday. The movie has grossed an impressive Rs 92 crore worldwide in just five days. On the sixth day of its release, it is expected to cross the coveted Rs 100 crore mark. In the USA, Dasara has surpassed a staggering $1.7 million, becoming Nani's highest-grossing film in the region. Remarkably, the movie is also performing well in the northern belt.


As of April 4, the movie's earnings in India are estimated to be around Rs 3.50 crore, bringing the total collection in India to Rs 64.80 crore nett. The Telugu version had a 19.54 per cent occupancy rate. The film has also been making waves in the USA, where it grossed approximately $1.75 million (Rs 14 crore) and is generating impressive revenue. Moreover, SLV Cinemas, the production house, announced on Twitter on April 5 that Dasara had grossed Rs 92 crore worldwide in just five days.



Dasara is an action-packed drama about revenge, directed by first-time filmmaker Srikanth Odela. The movie stars Nani, Keerthy Suresh, and Deekshith Shetty in the lead roles. Sudhakar Cherukuri produced Dasara, which also features Shine Tom Chacko, Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar, and Poorna in crucial roles.
