Covid Nasal Vaccine: Here is how to book an appointment for a booster dose on CoWIN
The Union Health Ministry has approved Bharat Biotech's intranasal Covid vaccine, iNCOVACC, for use as a booster dose. The vaccine is available as a booster dose, which can be booked via the CoWIN website.

Like the Covishield and Covaxin vaccines, the nasal vaccine must be obtained by appointment and can be scheduled online at the CoWIN website. Here is how to book a Covid nasal vaccine appointment online:
Step 1: Navigate to http://www.cowin.gov.in/.
Step 2: Enter your mobile phone number. If it is already registered, use OTP to log in.
Step 3: After logging in, look for the "Schedule" option.
Step 4: Search for a vaccination centre using either a pin code or a district name.
Step 5: Select the centre of your choice.
Step 6: Choose the date and time for the nasal vaccine booster dose and confirm your time slot.
In private hospitals, the iNCOVACC nasal vaccine will cost Rs. 800 each, excluding the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The nasal vaccine will first be available as a heterologous booster in private hospitals. According to official sources, it will be included in the Covid vaccination program.
