Another video has emerged in which a Byju's employee accuses the edtech firm of defrauding customers and workers, and appeals for government aid. The video follows another one in which a female employee expresses disappointment at staff incentives...

To what extent would you go to fulfil your desires? Some might even do extreme things, but a couple in West Bengal did the unthinkable just to have an iPhone 14.
Accoring to a report in the Times of India, the couple in West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district sold their baby so that they can buy an iPhone 14 to make Instagram reels. More shockingly, the father had even tried to sell his seven-year-old daughter.
As per the report, the neighbours of the family initially got suspicious after the child went missing for days but the parents showed no sign of anxiety. Their suspicion grew after they noticed the parents, who were facing financial difficulties in the past, having an iPhone 14 which costs over Rs 1 lakh.
The neighbours then confronted the mother who finally broke down and confessed everything.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal Police has arrested the accused mother, identified as Sathi. However the father, Jaydev Ghosh, is still absconding.
A similar incident happened in China in 2016 when a Chinese couple sold their 18-day-old daughter in order to pay $3530 for an iPhone.
In March this year, an Australian woman also expressed her desire to trade her unborn child for an iPhone. The same woman did an unthinkable act later, locing two of her girls in a car for nine hours, resulting in their deaths.
