Gaurav Taneja (also known as Flying Beast) is co-founder of Rosier Foods, a brand that sells packaged ready-to-eat / ready-to-cook items. One of their products, malai paneer (a creamy paneer curry), started trending after people began reviewing or discussing it online (especially on Instagram/YouTube).
In a detailed post, the user expressed disappointment over receiving a product that had already crossed its expiry date. In the Instagram reel, the woman can be seen reading the ingredients of malai paneer, smelling it and looking visibly upset owing to the bad odour of the paneer.

The woman said that she is not here to blame anyone, as food quick commerce platforms like Blinkit are involved in delivery. The incident has sparked a broader debate around accountability in quick commerce. While platforms like Blinkit handle the delivery logistics, consumers often place their trust in the brand itself. The user pointed out that repeated issues like expired or spoiled food products can severely impact customer trust, regardless of where the fault lies.
"I take my words back I recommended @taneja.gaurav @rosier.foods malai paneer earlier… and that reel even went viral," her post read. "But this time? Completely different story. Receiving an expired product from @blinkitstores (@albidhindsa ) after trusting a brand again & again is honestly shocking
Expiry date already cross ho chuki thi… aur phir bhi delivery ho gayi. Aur ye pehli baar bhi nahi hai — last 3–4 orders mein paneer sour aa raha tha. I’m not here to blindly blame anyone… because platforms like Blinkit are involved in delivery. But as a consumer, trust brand pe hi build hota hai. Aur jab woh break hota hai… it needs to be talked about," the post read further.
"Ab genuinely jaana hai, galti brand ki hai ya delivery ki? Sach sach comment karo… kyunki yeh normal nahi hai, " content creator Khushi Vashishth wrote in her post.
Rosier Foods apologises
Reacting to woman's claims that the Gaurav Taneja's malai paneer was expired, Rosier Foods apologised to her and wrote, "We sincerely apologize for your experience, this is not what we intend for our customers. As the order was fulfilled via Blinkit, they are responsible for ensuring products are within expiry before dispatch. However, we have raised this with them to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." (sic)Netizens, on the other hand, also reacted to the reel with one user claiming that not just paneer, honey by Rosier Foods and Gaurav Taneja was also not good in quality. "Not Only paneer honey mein bhi gadbad hai kuch din phle lia jam gya h bilkul hi @rosier.foods and @taneja.gaurav Sir honestly saying i have also proof ," a netizen commented.
"Expired tha toh khola kyu? Return karna tha," another user quipped. "It was expired on 22nd March. To bna pehle hoga approximately week ago. To more than 10 days older panner delivery hi nahi Krna chahiye. @blinkitstores @albidhindsa @taneja.gaurav @rosier.foods . It was crime to deliver such an older daiiry product," another one commented.
