The Coachella Festival, also known as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, is an annual music and art event held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Its conception in 1999 was credited to Paul Tollett and Rick Van Santen, while Goldenvoice, a division of AEG Presents, oversees its production. The festival features performances from various genres, including rock, pop, indie, hip-hop, and electronic dance music, as well as art installations and sculptures spread across multiple stages over two consecutive weekends in the spring.

This year, the festival is taking place on April 14–16 and April 21–23, and fans can look forward to seeing their favorite artists and bands perform once again. The much-anticipated lineup for 2023 was announced in January, featuring groundbreaking acts such as K-pop sensation BLACKPINK, the first-ever K-pop group to headline the event, and Latin artist Bad Bunny, who will also make history as the first Latin artist to take the headline spot. Additionally, Frank Ocean, who was supposed to headline the cancelled 2020 dates, will headline the third night in April.

Other performers set to grace the stage include Gorillaz, Burna Boy, Kaytranada, Blondie, Muna, Doechii, Metro Boomin, Pusha T, Wet Leg, Yves Tumor, and more on Friday. The festival will once again be held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, where it is held every year.
