Chup OTT Release: Sunny Deol and Dulquer Salmaan's thriller coming soon on ZEE5

Sunny Deol and Dulquer Salmaan's latest, an unconventional psychological revenge thriller, Chup: Revenge of the Artist, is all set to make its OTT debut very soon. The R Balki-directed movie was released on September 23 of this year, and it got rave reviews from fans and reviewers alike. Those who missed it on the big screen, or if you want to watch it one more time, can now see it on OTT platforms soon.

Streaming platform ZEE5 has recently announced the release date of the movie. Chup: Revenge of the Artist will be available on ZEE5 from November 25.

The movie will be made available in five languages: Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.


Apart from Sunny Deol and Dulquer Salmaan, the movie has Shreya Dhanwanthary and Pooja Bhatt in supporting roles. It is advertised as a tribute to legendary director Guru Dutt's Kaagaz Ke Phool, which was released in the year 1959. For the film, Amitabh Bachchan made his music composing debut.

In the film Chup, Sunny Deol plays a police officer working against the clock to catch a serial killer in Mumbai who preys on film critics for giving dishonest or biased reviews for films.

The murderer, who marks victims' foreheads with bloody "stars" to represent ratings, is referred to as "the critic of critics".

"Chup" is produced by Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Anil Naidu, Dr. Jayantilal Gada (PEN Studios) and Gauri Shinde.
