Immunity goes for a toss when monsoon season arrives. Everybody loves to enjoy tea and pakoras in the evening but it is very important to note that immunity plays a major role in being healthy especially in the monsoon season. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor on his Instagram shared an easy recipe of immunity booster.


Ingredients
2-inch lemongrass stalk

½ tsp carom seeds
4-5 green cardamoms
1 inch cinnamon stick
2-3 lemon slices + for serving
2 tsps honey

Method
Step 1: Crush the lemongrass stalk lightly.

Step 2: Heat 2 cups water in deep nonstick pan. Add carom seeds, green cardamoms, cinnamon, lemon and crushed lemongrass and boil for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3: Add honey to 2 individual cups, add lemon slices and pour the hot mixture on top.

Step 4: Mix and serve.
