Users on X have shared screenshots of the problems they are facing.

One person wrote, “was trying to log into http://c.ai and it asked for my date of birth and said I couldn't access it anymore, even though I was using the app just an hour ago. Is anyone else having this problem?”.


Another person wrote "I can't access http://Characeter.ai. Has anyone else received an email like that? It doesn't matter how many times I'm trying, still having problems".
