CBSE brings major changes for 2023 board exams. Details here

CBSE, the largest and most popular education Board in India, made this announcements while announcing the CBSE Class 10, 12 result 2022. The board has also announced some major changes in relation to the exam pattern. I

The board will follow the pre-pandemic marking scheme for the 2023 board exam.
The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the Class 10 and 12 board exams for academic year 2022-23 from February 15 onwards.

CBSE, the largest and most popular education Board in India, made this announcements while declaring the CBSE Class 10, 12 result 2022.

The board has also announced some major changes in relation to the exam pattern. In 2023, the board will only conduct one exam.


One board exam
The board has decided to do away with the term-wise examination pattern. Hence, the CBSE Board exam 2023 will be held only once. As the board moves back to the traditional once-a-year exam pattern, the marking scheme will also change accordingly. The board will follow the pre-pandemic marking scheme for the 2023 board exam.

Changes in syllabus
The board has also cut 30% syllabus for Class 9 to 12 students for this session. For more information on the new curriculum, students are advised to check the official website-- cbseacademic.nic.in.

Besides the new syllabi, students can also check the sample question paper, marking scheme and question bank on the official website.
