CA Foundation, Intermediate & Final September Exams: Admit cards available now on ICAI portal, step-by-step download guide

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the admit cards for the September 2025 CA examinations. Candidates appearing for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses can now download their hall tickets from the ICAI Self Service Portal.

How to download your ICAI September 2025 admit card

To access your admit card, follow these steps:

• Visit the official ICAI website and go to the CA Self Service Portal.
• Log in using your SSP ID or Student Registration email and the password you created.
• Select the link for the Foundation, Intermediate, or Final admit card as per your course.
• Download and save the hall ticket, and ensure you print a copy for exam day.

Tip: Use the same login credentials you registered with. If you face difficulties signing in, check the portal’s help section well in advance to avoid last-minute stress.

What details will the admit card show?

Your admit card is mandatory for entry into the exam hall. It will include:

• Your name, roll number, or registration number.
• Exam name and session.
• Paper dates and timings.
• Reporting time and venue address.
• Important exam-day instructions.

Students should check all personal details as soon as they download the document. If there are any errors, they must contact ICAI support immediately.

Exam dates for CA September 2025 session

• Final course: Group I on 3, 6, and 8 September; Group II on 10, 12, and 14 September.
• Intermediate course: Group I on 4, 7, and 9 September; Group II on 11, 13, and 15 September.
• Foundation course: 16, 18, 20, and 22 September.

What to carry on exam day

On the day of the examination, students must carry:

• A printed copy of the admit card.
• An original photo ID proof matching the name on the hall ticket.
• A recent passport-size photograph (if required by the centre).

Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are strictly prohibited. Candidates should also follow ICAI’s guidelines on permitted stationery and reach the centre on time as mentioned in the admit card.
