Butter chicken ice cream video takes social media by storm, netizens share confused reactions

Fusion dishes often spark mixed reactions online. A recent social media video showcasing an unusual fusion recipe, butter chicken ice cream has caught the internet’s attention.

The clip was posted by content creator Juliette Moreno. In the video, she demonstrates how to make butter chicken ice cream, saying, "This is perfect if you have leftover butter chicken." She begins by placing a generous portion of butter chicken into a bowl, then adds several other ingredients before blending the mixture.

While explaining the process, she says, "Just mix butter chicken, heavy cream, condensed milk and sugar. Blend it all together so the chicken chunks become completely smooth." After blending the ingredients, she freezes the mixture overnight and later uses an ice cream maker to transform it into ice cream.

At the end of the video, Moreno tastes two scoops of the unusual dessert and shares her reaction, saying, "I definitely think this is my new favourite ice cream."

The video quickly drew a range of reactions from social media users. When the creator asked in the comments, "Who's ready for my culinary school era?" one user humorously replied, "I'm ready for the FBI to find you and arrest you." Another wrote, "I'm not.
