BTS: Jin surprises J-Hope on his birthday during military training

Jin’s surprise birthday message to J-Hope left fans of BTS, known as the ARMY, to tears. The Moon singer, who is now serving his mandatory military service, temporarily returned to Instagram to wish J-Hope a happy birthday. On Saturday, February 18, the rapper turned a year older.

Jin wished J-Hope in a remark on his post from last week. The February 10 post was a promotion for Hobi's MMTG interview with Jaejae. Jin commented in the comments section, "Jwehope, happy birthday", Kim Taehyung also wished the rapper a happy birthday. "Happy birthday, Jwehope", he wrote, along with a lovely emoji.

J-Hope claimed in his response to Jin that the Astronaut singer called him on his birthday. “I love you, Jjwan, and thank you for calling today”, he wrote. J-Hope also expressed gratitude to Taehyung.


Hobi and Jimin talked about Jin and how much they missed him during his birthday Weverse live session. Multiple translations show that Jimin said, “Time would not pass just for Jin Hyung-Right. It is moving so quickly here, but so slowly for Jin Hyung”, J-Hope said before Jimin said Jin had called him.



Fans got emotional when they saw Jin’s birthday wish and called for J-Hope. They knew how much J-Hope missed Jin.

On the other hand, Hobi started celebrating his birthday with Jimin and a special cake from Yoongi. This was the third year in a row that he celebrated his birthday with fans via Live sessions, where he spent a lot of time with them.
