'Bollywood's only Shehzaada,' Kartik Aaryan justifies his Rs 20 Crore Dhamaka Fee

Kartik Aaryan, who is currently preparing for the release of his upcoming film 'Shehzaada,' has established himself as one of Bollywood's highest-paid actors. Kartik, who made his debut in Luv Ranjan's 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama,' was paid Rs 1.5 lakh for the film and now earns Rs 20 crore for a 10-day shoot. Kartik played one of the three male leads in the film and became well-known for his famous monologue.

The actor stated on Rajat Sharma's famous show 'Aap Ki Adalat' that he has become so obsessed with himself that after earning 'sava lakh' (Rs 1.25 lakh) in his first movie, he now wants Rs 20 crore.

While the actor quickly clarified that he was joking, the journalist exclaimed, "No, you are not joking. You took 20 crores for the film you shot in 10 days during the Covid-19 pandemic."


Kartik stated that he shot for the film for 10 days during the Covid-19 pandemic and that this was his remuneration. He makes his producers earn twice as much in 20 days, so he believes he deserves be paid enough.

The actor also stated that he has always seen himself as number one, but that people are gradually becoming aware of this and seeing him as such. But it is the audience's love that he is most concerned with. It is his passion to make hit films and he is desperate for them to love him.
