'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' OTT Release Date: When and Where to watch

The wait for 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever', the sequel to Black Panther, is over as it will be available on Disney Plus Hotstar from February 1. The film offers a heartfelt tribute to Chadwick Boseman, the lead actor in the original Black Panther film, who died of cancer in 2020. As a mark of respect, the creators did not recast him as T'Challa.

The film 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' will be available on Disney Plus Hotstar. The highly anticipated Marvel film Black Panther 2 will be available on February 1, 2023. Those with a premium membership to the streaming app Disney+Hotstar will be able to view Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. It can also be downloaded for later viewing. Black Panther 2 is also available after purchasing the Super Pack, which costs Rs 899 for a year.



For those who haven't seen the 2018 blockbuster Black Panther, the sequel tackles the repercussions of Wakanda's loss of its monarch T'Challa, a change made in the screenplay following lead hero Chadwick Boseman's death from colon cancer in August 2020.

Angela Bassett reprises her role as Queen Ramonda, Lupita Nyong'o reprises her role as Nakia, Letitia Wright reprises her role as Shuri, Danai Gurira reprises her role as Dora Milaje's General Okoye, Florence Kasumba reprises her role as Ayo, Winston Duke reprises his role as M'Baku, and Martin Freeman reprises his role as Everett K Ross.

The sequel is directed by Ryan Coogler, the same person who directed the original film. Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livinalli all feature in Wakanda Forever, which was released in theatres in November of last year. Kevin Feige and Nate Moore are producing the picture.
