The Bihar Cabinet has disclosed new openings for the Bihar Police Recruitment. The Bihar government has decided to approve applicants for nearly 75,000 new positions.

The Bihar cabinet has authorised the establishment of 7808 jobs for the police and non-police cadre for Phase One of the Emergency Response Support System, ERSS - Dial 112, according to Additional Chief Secretary S Siddharth.
Additionally, the Bihar government determined that officers will be hired directly for 48,447 positions.
