‘Bhindi Noodles’: Myanmar restaurant’s unique dish takes internet by storm

A Twitter user named Satabdi recently shared a photo of an interesting dish, ‘bhindi noodles’, she tried at a restaurant in Myanmar. The restaurant, named Chilli Pot Mala Xiang Guo, is situated in Yangon. Satabdi was served a plate of noodles cooked with a mix of vegetables, sauces and bhindi or okra. On Twitter, she shared a photo of the dish and said that it tasted delicious.

While Chinese hakka noodles are a popular dish that can be found at roadside stalls or made at home with different vegetables, adding bhindi to noodles might be a new concept for many.
