The user sassy.sakshi caught everybody’s attention when she revealed how much she pays for her househlps month and total of the year.

She shared the breakdown in her Instagram caption. She said “I live near Bellandur, and rates can vary by area, apartment, timings and work involved.”

The Bengaluru resident recently shared a breakdown of her family's monthly household help expenses, revealing a total of Rs 42,100. This amounts to Rs 5,05,200 annually, excluding groceries, electricity, cooking gas, laundry, repairs, festival bonuses and food expenses on Sundays.

Cook: Rs 7,500 Per Month

The family spends Rs 7,500 every month on a cook who prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast options include poha, upma and oats, while lunch consists of one vegetable dish and six rotis. Dinner includes dal, a vegetable dish and three rotis.

The family prepares rice themselves, keeping that task separate from the cook's responsibilities.

Nanny: Rs 23,000 Per Month
