A Bengaluru woman’s witty and inclusive rental post on social media has gone viral — not for its apartment details, but for its blend of humour, warmth, and a firm emphasis on kindness, thanks to one standout phrase: “Satan worshiper.”

Posting on X (formerly Twitter), she announced she was moving out of her “absolute favourite place” and was seeking a female tenant to take over the master bedroom in her 3BHK apartment near the Embassy Golf Links (EGL) area. The location, she noted, was perfect for professionals working in Domlur, Indiranagar, HAL, or those commuting to Bellandur via Wind Tunnel Road.

The listing included standard information — rent of ₹18,300, a refundable deposit of ₹38,000, and a one-time setup cost of ₹22,000. The house is fully furnished, offers ample storage, sits on an elevated ground floor, and has excellent ventilation. But the part that caught the internet’s attention was the tenant criteria: “Female only, can be a smoker, non-vegetarian, satan worshiper. Everything accepted except unkindness.”
