Bengaluru jobseeker 'delivers' his resume in pastry box, catches netizens' attention

A jobseeker in Bengaluru recently caught netizen's attention with a quirky and funny way of applying for jobs.

Aman Khandelwal, the jobseeker in question and a management trainee, shared a post about this on Twitter. His innovative way of catching employers' attention involved dressing up as a Zomato delivery executive and 'delivering' his resume.

Not just for one job, he delivered his resume to a bunch of startups in Bengaluru. He shared a photo of him dressed like a delivery boy with a funny caption that read, "Most resumes end up in trash, but mine in your belly."


Impressed with Aman’s marketing skills, Digital Gurukul Metaversity offered him an internship at their company. In a comment on Aman’s post, Digital Gurukul Metaversity said they were impressed with this and want to provide a free internship to him, which will shape his career and belly!

Netizens appreciated Aman’s sense of humour and wit, with his Twitter post getting more than three thousand likes.

People filled the comment section with various different reactions. Many wished him luck, many praised him. But there were also some negative comments on his feed.

One person wrote that the point is not that Aman went to seek a job from many startups, and there is such a sense of security there. But this does not give anyone any right to abuse.

Another user wrote that there’s no proof that Aman did this in real life. This can be attention-seeking activity, and that just by posting this on social media, he wants to increase his followers and find something.

Recently, another Zomato-related funny video had gone viral on social media. On YouTube, the video was posted with a caption, just a vibe. The video showed a Zomato delivery valet riding on a horse with a backpack to deliver food. Due to heavy rainfall, roads were blocked, yet, the delivery guy was determined to deliver.
