Ayushmann Khurrana’s ‘Dream Girl 2’ to release in cinemas on July 7

Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday starring, 'Dream Girl 2,' will now be released on July 7, 2023. Following the success of the 2019 comedy 'Dream Girl,' actors Ayushmann Khurrana, Raaj Shaandilyaa, and Ekta Kapoor reunited for Dream Girl 2. 'Dream Girl 2' was previously set to be released on June 23, 2023.

According to reports, Ekta has moved Dream Girl 2's release date from June 29 to June 23 in order to avoid a clash with Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's 'Satya Prem Ki Katha,' which will be released on June 29, 2023.

The film has been directed by Raaj Shaandilya and produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms Limited.


The filming of Dream Girl 2 is currently in progress. Ananya Panday, Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Abhishek Banerjee, Manoj Joshi, Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa, and Rajpal Yadav also appear in Dream Girl 2.

Dream Girl, a 2019 hit starring Nushratt Bharuccha and Ayushmann, was a box-office success. It grossed Rs. 139.37 crores at the box office in 2019.

Ayushmann Khurrana was seen in his latest movie 'An Action Hero' as an action hero, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat. 'An Action Hero' was released in theatres on December 2. Ananya Panday, on the other hand, has finished filming her upcoming film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Adarsh Gourav and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
