Talking about ‘Vicky Donar’ Ayushmann said, "I want Vicky Donor 2 to be made in 10 years. By then, all the kids should be grown up and Vicky will be able to look for them,". Ayushmann stated that he was surprised that a film about sperm donation was being made, but that when Shoojit forced him to read the script, he had no reservations.

When asked if he wants to make a move to Hollywood, Ayushmann said he would only consider it if the representation was good. "We are continuously stereotyped, Sardars and South Indians in the Hindi film industry." If the representation is accurate, as in Slumdog Millionaire, I will definitely want to take on the role," Ayushmann said.
