'Avatar: The Way Of Water' director James Cameron is preparing for the global release of his upcoming movie; the sequel is coming out more than ten years after the original Avatar, and there have been some stunning revelations about the director.

Years after the film's debut, Sam Worthington, who played a significant part and will also return as his character in the next sequel, confessed in an interview that Cameron used to nip a phone to the walls. The actor revealed this in this throwback story and stated that if a cell phone went off, Cameron would fasten it to the wall using a nail gun.

On the set, it was rumored that the director performed the exact same action with a runner's mobile. Cameron responded to the rumor by asking: Would he use a nail gun to attach a cellphone to the wall? He said yes, he would if the explosion occurred during a take. But that doesn't mean he would feel angry. He said he would carry it out in a planned theatrical manner.

He added that he threatened to nail gun the item. On the Jay Leno Show, he did, however, literally nail several cell phones to the wall in that incident. James Cameron is known for being a strict taskmaster.
