The Australian influencer seems to have indicated to her Instagram followers that the best thing about America is its guns, a report of News.com.au said.

In response to the follower about her favourite thing about America during the Q&A session, Testa simply posted a picture of herself holding a gun at a shooting range. The controversy erupted soon when her picture was picked by a watchdog account Influencer UpdatesAU.


Many users on Instagram were outraged and slammed her. A netizen said, ''Best part of America is the guns? There was a mass shooting a few days ago at a shopping mall. Nine killed including children, seven others injured. I don't care if she wants me to die off but promoting guns in America is just idiotic.''

''She is so out of touch with reality,'' another person posted. Some people seem to have also come in support of the influencer, saying that she meant the gun range and not gun violence.

In response to the criticism, Testa posted a comment on the account of the influencer watchdog. Testa said, ''How is it controversial? I love the shooting ranges and Vegas like … why would I ever be talking about gun violence? We both know whatever I said or did wouldn't be enough to make y'all happy. I'm not gonna bother deleting or even communicating with anybody that follows this page because we all know why you're here.''
