Audi Q3 Sportback launched in India: Here is all you need to know

Audi has released the Q3 Sportback in India, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 51.43 lakh. The coupe-style SUV is available in only one trim level: Technology + S-line.

The company has announced that it would be sold alongside the conventional Q3, which comes in two trim levels: Premium Plus and Technology. While the Audi Q3 Sportback is built on the same architecture as the Q3, it has a more sensual appearance thanks to a sloping roofline. In combination with other design aspects, the Q3 Sportback has a coupe-like roofline that tapers down towards the boot, lending it a potent male character.

Audi receives an S-line exterior appearance kit, which includes 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, sharp-looking LED headlights on the nose, a gaping hexagonal grille, and reworked LED tail lamps. In comparison to the Q3, the bumpers are also new. The 2018 Audi Q3 Sportback is available in five different exterior colours: Turbo Blue, Glacier White, Chronos Grey, Mythos Black, and Navarra Blue. It also comes in two inside colours: Okapi Brown and Pearl Beige.


The S-line treatment is also noticeable inside, with illuminated scuff plates and other details. It also has power-adjustable seats and 30-colour ambient lighting. A 10.1-inch infotainment unit, Virtual Cockpit Plus, 180W 10-speaker sound system, wireless phone charging, dual-zone temperature control, Parking Aid Plus, 6 airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and other amenities are also available.

The famed Quattro all-wheel-drive system comes standard, and a 2.0L turbo-petrol engine produces 190 hp of peak output and 320 Nm of maximum torque.
