Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul Wedding : From no phone policy to limited guests, here are important rules for attendees

Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and famous cricketer KL Rahul are reportedly getting married on January 23, 2022. However, guests are required to follow a bunch of policies in the duo's marriage which have been doing rounds on the internet.

According to the reports, the Mehndi ceremony of the couple will take place on January 22, 2023, in Shetty's Mumbai house. On January 23, the couple is reportedly set to tie the knot at Suniel Shetty’s lavish bungalow at Khandala. Further, the report states that a total of 200 guests will attend the intimate event which will include 100 guests from Athiya's side and 100 guests from KL Rahul's side.

The reports further claim that guests who will attend the event will not be allowed to share any photos and videos from the event. Also, their smartphones will be taken away during the ceremony. Once the wedding is done, the couple will host a grand reception party for their friends in Mumbai.


A few days back, the photographer Varinder Chawla took pictures of KL Rahul's apartment building. In the pictures, the house can be seen decked up with colourful light. Meanwhile, both families have been tight-lipped about the wedding ceremony and an official confirmation regarding the same is yet to be made.

On the other hand, a report in Hindustan Times claims that Athiya's close friends such as actor Akanksha Ranjan will be a part of the ceremony. As per the source, Athiya's brother, actor Ahan Shetty, and parents Suniel and Maya Shetty are expected to give a blasting performance on the to-be bride's Sangeet.
