Asia Cup 2022: India include Hardik, Hooda, Bishnoi as Pakistan win toss, elect to bowl first
Allrounder Hardik Pandya returns to the playing eleven, Ravi Bishnoi is included as the second legspinner, and middleorder batter Deepak Hooda gets a chance as India take the field against Pakistan in their Super 4 match on Sunday.

Wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik and pace bowler Avesh Khan were left out of the team which played against Hong Kong, while Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of Asia Cup 2022 with a knee injury.

When India played Pakistan in their Cup opener last week, Karthik was chosen ahead of Rishabh Pant, but then the team had a lefthander bat in Ravindra Jadeja coining in at No 4 to keep the left-right combination going.

Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat.
